MoneyNote helps you record expenses quickly (e.g., receipts, screenshots, voice, clipboard, files) and optionally sync bookkeeping records to third‑party services like Notion/Airtable/Feishu/Craft. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information (such as email, name, and authentication identifiers)
- User content you provide (receipts, screenshots, text/voice notes, uploaded files, and bookkeeping records)
- Integration data you connect (tokens/IDs required to sync to Notion/Airtable/Feishu/Craft)
- Payment and billing information handled by payment providers (we receive limited metadata such as plan, status, and transaction IDs)
- Usage and device information (IP address, browser type, pages/actions, timestamps) for security and product improvement
How we use information
- Provide the service (sign-in, account management, bookkeeping record creation)
- Run AI extraction and categorization to turn inputs into structured records
- Sync your records to connected services at your request
- Prevent abuse, detect fraud, and maintain security
- Operate and improve the product (debugging, performance, analytics)
- Communicate with you about important updates and support requests
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate MoneyNote:
- AI model providers (to process your inputs and generate structured outputs)
- Cloud infrastructure/storage providers (to host the application and store your data)
- Email/SMS providers (to send verification, login, and service emails)
- Payment processors (to process subscriptions/credit purchases)
- Connected integrations you enable (Notion/Airtable/Feishu/Craft)
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete content and/or close your account; some information may be retained for legal, security, and operational purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Disconnect integrations at any time
